Michael McQuay
U.S. Navy Veteran | Senior Program Manager | Owner, Viltrum Solutions LLC
Michael McQuay is a U.S. Navy veteran and senior program manager with more than 30 years of combined military and federal contracting experience in Department of Defense program management, quality systems, and compliance.
During a 26-year Naval Aviation career, Michael led aviation maintenance teams supporting more than 142,000 mishap-free flight hours. He also led the Continuous Process Improvement program for Commander Naval Air Forces across 24 Naval Aviation teams — leading nine CPI projects, facilitating CPI training courses, and contributing to more than $15 million in cost savings.
Following his military service, Michael transitioned into government contracting, managing administrative and logistics support programs for Navy commands, including Explosive Ordnance Disposal units and Naval Expeditionary Combat Command, where he oversaw property accountability and Table of Allowance inventory support.
He currently serves as Senior Program Manager with Mora Consultants LLC, overseeing DoD task orders across three Navy commands, including Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific — and as owner of Viltrum Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
